Hi my name is Kellie. I created the website Recipes For Keeps blog in 2007 to publish great recipes I have created, and have found as an adventurous eater and cook. All recipes I post will use only fresh ingredients.

 

I’m originally from South Carolina and have had a lifetime commitment to exercise. I have over 20 years of experience as a multi-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer Yoga Teacher, and Nutrition Coach.

 

I currently work in the Nashville area at my home studio personal training and at the Brentwood YMCA, where I’ve been since I moved here in 2005.

Whether in the gym coaching or in the kitchen cooking so I can write blog worthy recipes, I combine my love of helping people in fitness and nutrition to continually evolve.
