Kellie and I share our food passion. And I’m pretty much never at a loss for words, opinion or comment about what we make or eat when out. I learned how to prepare a meal helping my mother in the kitchen. I appreciate flavor subtleties because I ate her great meals and my father’s sophisticated tastes provided me countless gourmet experiences. Another inspiration for all of us is my Nonna Piccia from Chiavari, Italy. Every summer of my youth visiting her was food joy – simple ingredients, prepared exceptionally.
