Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups seeded, diced tomatoes

  2. 1/4 cup diced red onion

  3. 1 TBS diced jalapeno peppers, or to taste

  4. 1 TBS minced garlic

  5. Juice of 2 limes

  6. 2 TBS cilantro, plus extra for garnish

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
