Ingredients and Prep
1/4 cup jalapeño peppers (roast 3 or use canned or jarred peppers) small dice, remove seeds and core part
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup or 4 scallions thinly sliced white and green parts
1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
2 TBS fresh lime juice (1 medium lime)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together. Taste and add more salt and jalapeno pepper if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
